By accessing or using the Travel Box Hotels website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms &
Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
2. Bookings & Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Travel Box Hotels.
- Prices listed on the website are indicative and may vary based on season, availability, and hotel
policies.
- Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with voucher details.
3. Payment
- Booking charges must be paid as per the agreed payment schedule communicated at the time of enquiry.
- Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to change pricing without prior notice — confirmed bookings are honoured at the
confirmed rate.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellation charges depend on the hotel/package policy and how close to check-in the cancellation is
made.
- Cancellations made 15+ days before check-in typically receive a full refund (minus processing fees).
- Cancellations within 7 days of check-in may be non-refundable.
- Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.
5. Check-in & Check-out
- Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM; check-out is 11:00 AM, unless specified otherwise by the hotel.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Valid photo ID is required at check-in.
6. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to comply with hotel rules and local laws. Travel Box Hotels is not liable for any
misconduct, damage to property, or violations caused by guests during their stay.
7. Travel Packages
- Package itineraries are indicative and may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, or unforeseen
circumstances.
- Adventure activities are undertaken at the guest's own risk.
- Travel insurance is recommended for all package bookings.
8. Limitation of Liability
Travel Box Hotels acts as a booking facilitator. While we partner with reputable hotels, we are not liable
for the quality of services provided directly by partner hotels, transport operators, or third-party vendors.
Our liability is limited to the booking amount paid through us.
9. Website Use
- You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting unauthorised access or disrupting its operation.
- All content (text, images, logos) is the property of Travel Box Hotels and may not be reproduced without
permission.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after
changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the
courts in Manali, Himachal Pradesh.
